Additionally, at over 4 000 locations worldwide, renters can simply show their driver’s license and pick up their keys together with their pre-printed rental agreement.
And with the introduction of E-statements, Gold Service members can now access their accounts quickly and easily.

Here’s how the Hertz Gold Service program works:
Hertz Gold Service is a three-tiered program and frequent renters can enjoy even higher levels of recognition and reward upon qualifying for Gold Service Five Star and Gold Service President’s Circle status.
GOLD
- Minimum driver age of 21, excluding corporate accounts.
- Bookings to be made with a minimum of 2 hours in advance.
- First additional driver free of charge.
FIVE STAR
- Minimum driver age of 21, excluding corporate accounts.
- Bookings to be made with a minimum of 2 hours in advance.
- Between 10 – 14 rentals within a calendar year.
- First additional driver free of charge.
- One car class upgrade – subject to terms and conditions.
PRESIDENT CIRCLE
- Minimum driver age of 21, excluding corporate accounts.
- Bookings to be made with a minimum of 2 hours in advance.
- 15+ rentals within a calendar year.
- First additional driver free of charge.
- Guaranteed one car class upgrade – Subject to terms and conditions
Please note, upgrades do not apply to monthly rentals or mini leases.

In accordance with the Gold Service Terms and Conditions shown on www.hertz.co.uk, franchise countries do not participate in the Gold Service Global Points program. Gold Service customers – both domestic and in-bound – should therefore note that South Africa and Namibia are not Global Points issuing nor redeeming countries.
Global Points cannot be redeemed, earned or accrued for rentals taken up in these two countries.
