    Terms and Conditions:

    • These terms and conditions govern the Live Your Summer Through Hertz competition, (the "Competition") organized by Hertz Rent a Car (the "Organizer"). By entering the Competition, participants agree to these terms.
    • The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
    • The Competition is only applicable for reservations made via www.hertz.co.za
    • Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
    • To enter the Competition, participants will have to make a reservation via the www.hertz.co.za website from 1 November 2024 – 31 January 2025.
    • Every reservation made is an automatic entry into the competition.
    • The winners will each receive a single R5000.00 Gift Card with a total prize sum of R100000.00.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • The gift cards are only redeemable at participating retailers in South Africa.
    • The winner will be chosen weekly by random draw.
    • The decision of the Organizer is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • The winners will be notified via our Social Media platforms as well as email, weekly.
    • The winners must collect their prize from a Hertz South Africa branch.
    • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
    • By entering the Competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of the Competition.
    • Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.
    • By entering the Competition, participants agree to allow the Organizer to use their name and entry for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, and websites.
    • The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
